Job summary

Clicks Group in Waterfall Mall is seeking a Shop Assistant / Cashier to deliver friendly service, operate the POS, and assist customers with product queries in a fast-paced FMCG environment. You will maintain cash accuracy, promote clubcard memberships, and support merchandising and store standards while learning product knowledge and contributing to a great customer experience.

This is a permanent role reporting to the Store Manager with growth opportunities in retail operations.

Qualifications

• Desirable: Maths 50% and English 50% at Grade 12 level
• Desirable: experience in a customer facing role within a retail/FMCG store operations environment

Responsibilities

• Deliver service excellence through efficient customer service and POS operations
• Maintain accuracy when scanning and processing payments
• Promote Clicks' clubcard and enroll new members
• Merchandise and maintain store appearance to brand standards
• Assist with stock management and housekeeping to ensure a clean, organized store environment
