Job summary

Clicks Group in Benoni is seeking a retail associate to deliver service excellence through efficient POS operations, merchandising and clubcard enrollment at our store. You will handle cash, promote promotions and ensure a positive customer experience.

You will maintain product knowledge, assist customers, and support stock and visual standards to meet store targets and uphold Clicks values.

Qualifications

• Desirable: experience in a customer facing role within a retail/FMCG store operations environment
• Desirable: Maths 50% and English 50% at Grade 12 level

Responsibilities

• Efficiently execute all operational activities at the point of sale.
• Maintain accuracy when scanning merchandise and collecting payment, including clubcard rewards.
• Ensure safe handling of cash at all times.
• Promote Clicks' clubcard and enroll new members to hit targets.
• Promote promotions to drive sales and ensure a great customer experience.
