Job summary

VKB Group is seeking a Retail Branch Marketer to join the team in the Nelspruit area. You will help lead branch operations, drive sales, manage stock, and deliver excellent customer service while supporting the Branch Manager in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / NQF Level 4.
• Relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous.
• Experience in retail or agricultural environment preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Afrikaans speaking is required.
• Own transport and reside within 25 km of Nelspruit.

Responsibilities

• Branch Operations Support: Assist with day-to-day supervision of branch operations and support the Branch Manager in ensuring operational efficiency and policy compliance.
• Sales and Marketing: Drive sales growth through customer engagement and relationship management; implement branch marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
• Stock Management: Manage product ordering, replenishment, and stock take procedures; ensure merchandise is displayed professionally.
• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service and resolve queries professionally to build long-term relationships.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety requirements, and relevant legislation.
