You will work with Afrikaans and English, contributing to branch targets and ensuring a high standard of merchandising and customer service in line with VKB policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, sales, merchandising, stock control, or customer service environment.
• Clear criminal record.
• Able to communicate effectively in Afrikaans and English (spoken and written).
• Willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
• Friendly and professional demeanor, regardless of circumstances.

Responsibilities

• Sell merchandise in line with agreed sales targets.
• Promote and market products to customers.
• Assist customers with product selection and enquiries.
• Manage stock levels to ensure product availability.
• Monitor stock movement and support stock control processes.
• Merchandise products in accordance with branch standards.
• Replenish stock on shelves and displays as required.
• Resolve customer queries within approved mandates.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and professional working environment.
• Support branch operations through effective teamwork.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement within the branch.
