Clicks Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in driving sales and delivering service excellence. The role focuses on achieving financial targets, managing stock and expenses, and ensuring brand-standard in-store presentation.

You will lead a team, schedule shifts, and implement customer service initiatives to enhance loyalty. Minimum Grade 12 with relevant retail experience is required.

Qualifications

• Essential: Grade 12 with Maths 50% and English 50%.
• Desirable: Degree in Retail/Business Management.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager to drive sales, loyalty, and brand standards.
• Lead in-store operations, expenses, stock, shrinkage, and admin.
• Execute in-store visual merchandising and promotional standards.
• Motivate and manage staff; plan daily work schedules per policy.
• Implement customer service initiatives to enhance the shopping experience.
• Attend to weekly attendance and HR records; ensure policy compliance.
