The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of management experience in hospitality or QSR, strong English communication, numeracy, and MS Office skills, and a Grade 12 qualification.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' management experience in Hospitality or QSR.
• Strong English communication, numeracy, and MS Office skills.
• Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) is required; tertiary qualification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead a quick service restaurant to operational excellence.
• Forecast and schedule labour to meet business demands.
• Lead local store marketing initiatives and monitor performance.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
