Job summary

Rohloff Group is seeking a Restaurant General Manager (RGM) to lead a quick service restaurant to operational excellence and guest satisfaction. You will inspire and develop your team to deliver on company standards, policies, and guest experiences in the Western Cape region.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of management in hospitality or QSR, strong English communication, and MS Office, with Grade 12 as a baseline.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ management experience within Hospitality or the QSR industry.
• Strong English communication, numeracy, and MS Office skills (Teams, Excel, Word).
• Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) is required; a relevant tertiary qualification is advantageous.
• Genuine passion for product quality, customer service excellence, and pride in the KFC brand.
• Based in the Boland / Western Cape area (advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Lead team to meet CHAMPS standards: cleanliness, hospitality, accuracy, maintenance, product, speed of service.
• Manage restaurant shifts, drive sales growth, efficiency, and profitability.
• Forecast and schedule labour effectively.
• Implement and maintain safety and security controls.
• Oversee stock management and cost controls.
• Achieve Business Scorecard targets.
• Lead local store marketing initiatives.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Build an inclusive, positive, high-energy work environment.
• Lead with heart, modelling company values.
