Job summary

Rohloff Group invites applications for a Restaurant General Manager (RGM) to lead a quick service restaurant in the Boland / Western Cape region. You will inspire and develop a high-performing team to deliver on standards, policies and memorable guest experiences.

Success requires 3–5 years of hospitality management, strong English communication, numeracy, and proficiency in MS Office. A Grade 12 is required, with a tertiary qualification seen as an advantage.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ management experience in Hospitality or QSR.
• Strong English communication, numeracy, and MS Office skills.
• Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) is required; a relevant tertiary qualification is advantageous.
• Based in the Boland / Western Cape area (advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant shifts, driving sales growth, efficiency, and profitability.
• Forecast and schedule labour to meet demand.
• Implement controls to ensure the safety and security of employees, customers, property, and funds.
• Oversee stock management and cost controls to maximise sales and profitability.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
