Job summary

Rohloff Group seeks a Restaurant General Manager to lead a quick service restaurant toward operational excellence and exceptional guest experiences. You will inspire and develop the team to uphold company standards, policies, and safety while driving sales and profitability in the Boland/Western Cape region.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of hospitality or QSR management experience, strong English communication, numeracy, and MS Office skills, plus a Grade 12 qualification.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ management experience in Hospitality or QSR.
• Strong English communication, numeracy, and MS Office skills.
• Grade 12 (NQF 4) is required; tertiary qualification advantageous.
• Based in the Boland / Western Cape area (advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Achieve operational excellence by leading the team to meet standards and guest expectations.
• Manage restaurant shifts in line with policies to drive sales growth and profitability.
• Forecast and schedule labour to meet business demands.
• Implement controls to ensure safety and security of people and assets.
• Oversee stock management and cost controls to maximise sales and profitability.
• Lead and execute local store marketing initiatives and monitor performance trends.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high‑performing team; foster a positive, energetic work environment.
