Job summary

Placements24 in Mahikeng, North West, seeks a proactive Resourcer to support its Industrial recruitment division by sourcing candidates in manufacturing, operations, logistics, and engineering. You will work with experienced consultants to build talent pipelines and conduct initial screenings.

You will maintain the recruitment database, assist with interview scheduling, and engage with candidates and clients in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in resourcing or candidate sourcing.
• Familiarity with industrial sectors, trades, or engineering is a plus.
• Proficiency with online recruitment tools and social networks for sourcing.
• Strong organizational and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

About the Role

Our client, a prominent recruitment consultancy, is seeking an energetic and organized Resourcer to support their Industrial recruitment division in Mahikeng, North West. You will be central to identifying and engaging with candidates possessing skills in manufacturing, operations, logistics, and engineering. Working closely with experienced consultants, you will build talent pipelines, conduct initial candidate screenings, and ensure our database is robust and up-to-date.
