About the Role

Our client is looking for an energetic and innovative Resort Activities Manager to curate and manage a wide array of recreational and entertainment programs at their beautiful resort in Bloemfontein . You will be responsible for designing engaging activities for guests of all ages, managing activity staff, and ensuring a high level of guest participation and satisfaction. This role requires creativity, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for creating memorable holiday experiences in the heart of the Free State.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and implement a diverse schedule of daily and weekly resort activities and entertainment programs.
• Recruit, train, and supervise a team of activity staff, ensuring high standards of service and engagement.
• Manage the budget for the activities department, including procurement of supplies and equipment.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of guests participating in all resort activities.
• Collaborate with other resort departments to enhance the overall guest experience.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a resort or hotel environment.
• Proven ability to design and execute engaging leisure programs for diverse demographics.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
