Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an energetic Resort Activities Coordinator to design and deliver engaging guest experiences at a premier Stellenbosch resort. You will plan daily activities, lead events, and tailor programs for families, couples, and solo travelers, creating a fun, safe, and memorable atmosphere.

Collaborate with F&B and housekeeping to ensure seamless execution, manage equipment and supplies, and gather guest feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in event planning, recreation, or hospitality preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• A high level of energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• First aid certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and execute a diverse range of daily resort activities, including sports, games, and entertainment.
• Create engaging activity programs tailored to different guest demographics, such as families, couples, and solo travelers.
