Responsibilities

• Lead Residence Coordinators and administrative staff.
• Oversee residence programmes focusing on student success and inclusion.
• Manage crisis response procedures with safety and health services.
• Oversee student conduct processes and fair policy application.
• Manage residence facilities, maintenance, and service providers.
• Monitor occupancy, room changes, vacancies and placements.
• Liaise with campus teams, students, families and external providers.
• Drive continuous improvement and undertake special projects.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly operational reports.
• Coordinate residence events and orientations.
