Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise Residence Coordinators and administrative staff.
• Oversee residence programmes focused on student success, wellness, inclusion and engagement.
• Manage crisis response procedures and coordinate with safety, counselling and health services.
• Oversee student conduct processes and ensure policies are applied fairly and consistently.
• Manage residence facilities, maintenance, safety inspections and service providers.
• Monitor occupancy, room changes, vacancies and student placement records.
• Liaise with campus teams, students, families and external service providers.
• Manage residence events, including orientations, student events and crisis drills.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare monthly and quarterly operational reports.
• Drive continuous improvement across residence operations and undertake special projects as required.

Requirements:
