Requirements

• RSA ID and legal residence essential
• Minimum 5 years' experience within a hospitality reservations department or tourism/travel call centre managing multiple properties
• Previous experience as a Reservations Consultant or similar role essential
• Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal)
• Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Experience with PMS systems such as Nebula, eRes, Opera, and Apex advantageous
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• High attention to detail with excellent administrative skills
• Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
• Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-driven
• Professional presentation with a strong team-oriented approach

Key Responsibilities

• Manage reservations across multiple properties accurately and efficiently
• Respond professionally to reservation enquiries via telephone and email
• Process new bookings, amendments, cancellations, and guest requests
• Maintain accurate reservation records and guest informationProvide administrative support to the Reservations Department
• Assist guests with reservation-related queries and deliver exceptional customer service
• Ensure reservation procedures and company standards are consistently followed
• Work closely with the Reservations Manager and operational teams to maximise occupancy and revenue
• Perform additional reservations and administrative duties as required
