Tech Sales Jobs seeks a high-energy Rental Consultant in Pretoria to drive client engagement, close deals, and be at the heart of the action in a busy real estate environment.

You will assist in client services, rental operations, and help draft and implement marketing strategies while analysing results to optimise campaigns and build lasting client relationships with a strong focus on sales.

Qualificações

• Grade 12 minimum.
• tertiary qualification in Business or Marketing will be advantageous.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Real Estate, Sales or Property Management would be advantageous.

Responsabilidades

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist in client services.
• Rentals of property.
• Drafting and implementation of marketing strategy, and measurement of effectivity of strategy.
• Analysis of marketing statistics to adjust and improve strategy.
• Participate in the design of marketing and the draft of advertisements and other marketing materials.
• Market research.

• Ability to establish a trusting client relationship, communicate clearly with clients, identify needs of clients.
• Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.
