Cosmo Central Group in Pretoria seeks a Rental Consultant to drive property rentals and deliver exceptional client service in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

You will assist in marketing, market research, and the design of advertising materials while building trusted relationships with clients, using MS Office tools to streamline workflows and track outcomes.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 minimum; business/marketing degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in Real Estate, Sales or Property Management.
• Proficient with MS Office suite and marketing fundamentals.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist in client services.
• Rentals of property.
• Drafting and implementation of marketing strategy, and measurement of effectivity of strategy.
• Analysis of marketing statistics to adjust and improve strategy.
• Participate in the design of marketing and the draft of advertisements and other marketing materials.
• Market research.
• Qualification:
• Grade 12 minimum
• Tertiary qualification in Business or Marketing will be advantageous.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Real Estate, Sales or Property Management would be advantageous.

• Must be able to sell.
• Excellent people skills and good interpersonal relations.
• Administrative ability to create, implement and follow workflow systems.
• Excellent understanding of the principles of sales and marketing and the ability to apply it.
