Cosmo Central Group in Midrand, Gauteng, seeks a Rental Consultant to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will assist clients, manage property rentals, and contribute to marketing strategy and materials to close deals.

The role requires a minimum Grade 12, with 2+ years in Real Estate or sales advantageous. Proficiency in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook is expected, along with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 minimum requirement.
• Tertiary qualification in Business or Marketing will be advantageous.
• Minimum 2 years in Real Estate, Sales or Property Management would be advantageous.

Primary Responsibilities
