About the Role

You will play a key role in expanding the company's portfolio of sustainable energy solutions, navigating regulatory landscapes, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. The ideal candidate is passionate about renewable energy and possesses extensive experience in managing complex energy infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of renewable energy projects, including site assessment, design, permitting, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial targets and cost control measures.
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules, identifying critical path activities and mitigating risks.
• Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring clear communication channels.
• Liaise with local authorities, regulatory bodies, and community stakeholders to secure necessary approvals.
• Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
