About the Role

Our client seeks a dedicated Project Manager to oversee renewable energy projects, particularly solar and wind initiatives, in the Upington area. This hybrid role requires a balance of on-site project supervision and remote management of planning and administrative tasks. You will be responsible for guiding projects through their entire lifecycle, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and high-quality execution while managing teams and stakeholders effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, execution, and successful delivery of renewable energy projects, ensuring they meet technical, financial, and schedule targets.
• Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, suppliers, and local authorities for project implementation.

• Conduct site visits and progress assessments as needed, while managing project administration remotely.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil), Environmental Science, or a related field.

• Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects, including solar or wind energy installations.
