You will define scope, develop plans and budgets, coordinate with stakeholders, and mitigate risks while ensuring quality and on-time delivery across distributed teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in renewable energy projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, PM, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with project management software and tools; remote/distributed teams.

• Mitigate project risks and implement contingency plans as needed.
• Ensure quality assurance and adherence to best practices throughout the project lifecycle, regardless of team members' locations across South Africa .

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager , with a strong focus on renewable energy projects (solar, wind, hydro).
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with project management software and tools.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-faceted projects in a remote or distributed team environment.
