Placements24 is seeking a skilled Wireless Network Specialist to join the Bloemfontein team. You will design, deploy, and optimize wireless networks across Wi‑Fi, cellular, and IoT, performing site surveys and RF analysis to ensure optimal performance.

You will implement robust security controls and stay ahead of evolving wireless technologies while collaborating with IT and engineering for seamless integration.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience designing and managing wireless networks.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Certifications CWNA/CWNP/CCNA Wireless are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage wireless network solutions including Wi-Fi, cellular, and IoT.
• Conduct site surveys, RF analysis, and spectrum management to optimize performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex wireless network issues for high availability.
• Implement and maintain wireless security protocols to protect data and access.
• Stay updated on emerging wireless technologies and trends.
• Collaborate with IT and engineering teams on network integration projects.
