The role requires practical experience with Wi-Fi, cellular links, and point-to-point setups, plus knowledge of WPA2/3 security and RF principles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; CWNA certification advantageous.
• Experience installing and troubleshooting wireless networks (Wi‑Fi, cellular, point-to-point).
• Familiar with wireless protocols, WPA2/3 security, and RF principles.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and deploy wireless APs, routers, and related hardware.
• Conduct site surveys to optimize placement and troubleshoot interference.
• Diagnose and resolve wireless performance, connectivity, and security issues.
• Perform maintenance and upgrades of wireless infrastructure.
• Test and verify coverage of new systems.
• Provide end-user technical support for wireless connectivity.
