Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Lead to remotely supervise the warehouse operations team serving the Queenstown area. You will be the primary point of contact for remote guidance, performance monitoring, and issue resolution for the on-site team.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, exceptional communication, and the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively from a distance, using technology to stay connected and ensure productivity.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Team Lead, Supervisor, or similar leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote leadership and guidance to the warehouse operational team, overseeing daily tasks and workflows.
• Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and conduct remote performance reviews.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
• Facilitate effective communication between the remote leadership and the on-site warehouse staff.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution.
• Assist in training and development of team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
