Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Warehouse Operations Lead to guide remote warehouse teams, set standards, and drive efficiency across dispersed sites.

You will develop best practices for inventory, order fulfillment, and safety, lead KPI programs, and ensure smooth operations through strong leadership and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in warehouse management or operations leadership.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Operations Lead to guide their remote warehouse teams. This role will focus on setting operational standards, driving efficiency improvements, and ensuring the smooth functioning of all warehouse activities from a remote capacity. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing best practices for inventory management, order fulfillment, and safety protocols. This position requires a strong leader with a deep understanding of warehouse operations and the ability to inspire and manage a dispersed workforce effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and refine warehouse operational procedures and standards for remote teams.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity, accuracy, and efficiency across all warehouse sites.
• Provide guidance and support to remote warehouse supervisors and teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive operational improvements.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
