The ideal candidate has proven warehouse supervision experience, strong WMS proficiency, and excellent remote leadership, with sharp organizational and communication skills to drive productivity and compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse supervision or management.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping.
• Excellent remote leadership and virtual team management skills.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and direct all warehouse activities, ensuring optimal workflow and resource allocation.
• Supervise and guide on-site warehouse leads and staff remotely, setting performance expectations and providing feedback.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and implement measures to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
• Ensure all warehouse operations adhere to safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe working environment.
• Analyze warehouse data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, cost reduction, and productivity.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of warehouse operations with broader company goals.
