Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Remote Volunteer Program Coordinator for a reputable environmental non-profit. This role focuses on recruiting, training, and managing a dispersed network of volunteers to support conservation initiatives, operating fully remotely and across Stellenbosch and beyond.

You will design onboarding, training materials, track hours, and foster engagement with volunteers. Strong communication, organization, and remote-work discipline are essential for success.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3-5 years in volunteer management or similar coordination role.
• Proven ability to recruit, train, and manage volunteers.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience delivering online training materials is desirable.
