Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Ecology, Conservation Biology, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination or management, with focus on environmental or conservation projects.
• Demonstrated understanding of environmental challenges and conservation strategies.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management software (Asana, Trello, MS Project).
• Experience working effectively in a remote team environment is essential.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Familiarity with environmental regulations and reporting standards is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and refining project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for environmental initiatives.
• Coordinate project activities, track progress against milestones, and identify potential risks or issues.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders, and partners.
• Maintain project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and data logs, in a centralized digital system.
• Support budget management and tracking for assigned environmental projects.
• Conduct research on environmental issues, best practices, and potential project innovations.
• Assist in the preparation of grant proposals, reports, and presentations related to project outcomes.
• Coordinate logistics for virtual team meetings, workshops, and webinars.
• Ensure project activities align with organizational goals and environmental conservation principles.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes within the organization.
