Qualifications

5+ years managing and supporting complex telecommunications systems.
Strong knowledge of VoIP, SIP, PBX and UC.
Proficient with TCP/IP, QoS and VLANs.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the company's PBX system, VoIP services, and other voice communication platforms.
Configure and troubleshoot network connectivity for voice and data services, ensuring optimal performance.
Implement and manage telecommunication security protocols to protect company data and systems.
Collaborate with IT teams to integrate telecommunication systems with other business applications.
Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement proactive solutions.
Provide technical support and training to users on telecommunication systems and best practices.
