You will leverage cutting-edge platforms such as Hopin, Bizzabo, Cvent, Zoom, and Teams to ensure seamless attendee experiences across time zones, with strong logistics, content scheduling, and post-event analysis.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Events Coordinator or similar role focused on virtual/hybrid events.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with ability to handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute virtual and hybrid events (webinars, conferences, workshops).
• Manage event logistics from start to finish: platform selection, registration, content scheduling, technical support coordination.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and vendors to meet requirements within budget.
• Develop engaging event content and promotional materials to maximize participation.
• Provide real-time technical support during live sessions and troubleshoot issues.
• Analyze event performance data and provide post-event reports with improvement recommendations.
