Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Virtual Events Coordinator to join a fully remote team based in South Africa. You will plan, execute, and manage webinars, virtual conferences, and online client engagement activities, supporting client acquisition and retention in Gauteng's virtual event landscape.

Responsibilities include platform management (Zoom/Teams/Hopin), budgeting, timelines, and cross-team collaboration with marketing and sales.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in coordinating virtual or hybrid events.
• Proficiency with virtual event platforms and webinar software.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for remote stakeholders.
• Experience troubleshooting technical issues during live online events.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute virtual events from concept to completion.
• Manage event platforms to ensure smooth delivery and user experience.
• Develop event timelines, budgets, and communication plans.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and content teams to define objectives.
• Provide technical support to speakers and attendees during live events.
• Analyze event performance data and deliver post-event insights.
