• Proven experience as an Events Coordinator or in a similar event management role, with a strong focus on virtual events.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in virtual event platforms (e.g., Zoom, Hopin, Teams) and event management software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for remote collaboration.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to overcome virtual event challenges.
• A proactive approach to event planning and a commitment to delivering high-quality digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of virtual and hybrid events from conception to completion.
• Manage event logistics, including speaker coordination, platform setup, and technical support.
• Develop event timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans for remote execution.
• Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth event operations and high participant engagement.
• Create and manage event registration processes and communications.
