You will work with clients and internal teams to deliver seamless virtual experiences that meet objectives, require excellent project management, and leverage platforms like Zoom, Hopin, and Bizzabo in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in event planning, with a significant focus on virtual or online events.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, suited for a remote work setting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute a portfolio of virtual events from conception to completion.
• Select and manage virtual event platforms, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience.
• Develop event content, agendas, and speaker coordination for online sessions.
• Coordinate with marketing and technical teams to ensure successful event promotion and delivery.
• Manage event budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships for virtual services.
• Monitor virtual event performance, analyze data, and provide post-event reports and insights.
