Placements24 seeks a forward-thinking Virtual Events Specialist to join its team, working remotely from Klerksdorp or anywhere in South Africa. You will conceptualize, plan, and execute engaging virtual and hybrid events for a global audience, leveraging modern event tech.

Responsibilities include managing registration, streaming, and interactive tools; creating digital marketing campaigns; guiding speakers and sponsors; and analyzing event data to drive ROI.

Qualifications

• Proven experience planning virtual/hybrid events.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing for online audiences.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage virtual and hybrid events using online platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define event goals and audience content.
• Manage event technology including registration, streaming, and interactive tools.
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote events and drive registrations.
• Provide technical support to speakers, sponsors, and attendees before and during events.
• Analyze event data and report on KPIs, engagement, and ROI.
