Qualifications

• Proven experience in event planning, catering coordination, or a related field, with a focus on virtual or hybrid events.
• Strong understanding of food trends, dietary needs, and logistics of delivering food to multiple locations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Proficiency in event management software and online collaboration tools.
• Creative thinking and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences in a virtual setting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to conceptualize and plan unique catering packages for virtual and hybrid events.
• Source and coordinate with local and national catering partners to fulfill event requirements.
• Manage all logistical aspects, including ordering, delivery scheduling, and managing dietary restrictions for attendees.
• Develop innovative solutions for food delivery, individual meal kits, and remote culinary experiences.
