Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with relevance to upstream oil and gas.
• 10+ years in upstream operations, with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to manage remote teams and operations.
• Strong background in production engineering, reservoir management and asset integrity.
• Excellent strategic planning, financial management and decision making.
• Experience with digital transformation and remote monitoring systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic operational plans for upstream assets.
• Oversee day-to-day production, well and facility operations, and maintenance.
• Enforce HSE policies across all sites and ensure compliance.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and identify optimization opportunities.
• Lead remote operations teams and foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive initiatives to improve production efficiency.
