• 10+ years of progressive upstream oil and gas operations experience.
• Proven leadership in complex exploration and production projects.
• Deep understanding of reservoir management, drilling, completions, and production engineering.
• Experience managing remote teams and leveraging digital collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans for upstream exploration and production operations.
• Manage operational budgets, P&L, and KPIs for upstream assets.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of engineers, geoscientists, and field personnel.
• Ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
• Oversee the selection and implementation of new technologies to improve efficiency and recovery.
