Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum or Chemical Engineering or a related technical field.
• 10+ years in oil and gas production operations, with 3+ years in management/supervisory role.
• Proven remote and field-based team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of production optimization, artificial lift, and surface facilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to HSE excellence and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize oil and gas production while minimizing costs.
• Oversee daily production operations, ensuring safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Manage remote and field-based production teams, fostering high performance and accountability.
• Implement best practices for equipment maintenance, integrity management, and troubleshooting.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and implement optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with reservoir engineers, drilling teams, and commercial departments to align goals.
