Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Offshore Production Operator to join its globally distributed team. This remote role involves monitoring, controlling, and optimizing offshore oil and gas production processes through advanced remote operating systems, with a strong emphasis on safety, asset integrity, and operational efficiency.

You will collaborate with onshore and offshore engineers via real-time data streams, respond to alarms, and maintain accurate logs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in oil and gas production operations.
• Experience with DCS and SCADA systems.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and environmental regulations.
• Strong communication and remote teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Remotely monitor and control offshore production facilities.
• Analyze real-time sensor data to identify trends.
• Respond to alarms to maintain asset integrity and production.
