You will own the end-to-end business development process from outreach to onboarding, collaborating with UK leadership. A commission-based earn-out structure rewards performance as the company scales internationally.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UAE construction and engineering recruitment sectors.
Conduct outbound prospecting, networking, and cold calling to engage with decision-makers.
Build long-term relationships with clients and hiring managers.
Lead negotiations and sign new terms of business with client companies.
Collaborate with recruiters to ensure roles are filled effectively.
Track market trends and opportunities in the UAE market.
Represent the company professionally in communications and virtual meetings.
