Placements24 is seeking a proactive Remote Customer Success Manager to nurture relationships with travel agencies and hospitality partners across South Africa, including Polokwane and surrounding regions.

You will onboard new clients, drive product adoption, monitor health metrics, and coordinate with support to resolve issues. A strong background in SaaS, CRM tools, and cross‑national remote collaboration is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Familiarity with SaaS business models and customer success principles.
• Experience with CRM platforms and data-driven decision making.
• Comfort working remotely across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of travel industry clients and serve as primary contact.
• Onboard new clients with comprehensive training and integration.
• Drive adoption, monitor health metrics and address churn risks.
• Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to identify upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with product/engineering to translate client feedback into improvements.
• Develop client success playbooks and best practices for scalable support.
