Placements24 is recruiting a Remote Customer Success Manager to manage client relationships for a growing SaaS company. You will drive retention, expansion, and advocacy while working fully remotely with clients across multiple regions, including areas near Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape, ZA.

You will educate clients on product features, monitor health, and develop strategic success plans to ensure optimal value and renewal rates.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer success or account management.
• Experience in a SaaS environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights for client outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients.
• Proactively monitor client health and engagement to identify risks and opportunities.
• Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions with clients.
• Educate clients on product features, best practices, and new releases to maximize value.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on client needs and goals.
• Serve as the primary advocate for clients internally, ensuring their voice is heard.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Product teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Develop and execute success plans tailored to each client's business objectives.
• Gather client feedback and contribute to product roadmap and service improvements.
• Drive adoption and successful utilization of the client's platform.
