Qualifications

Master's degree in Civil Engineering with specialization in Transportation Engineering or Urban Planning.
Minimum 7 years of experience in transportation planning and design.
Pr Eng registration with ECSA preferred.
Proficiency in transportation planning software (VISSIM, TransCAD, Cube) and GIS.
Strong analytical skills and understanding of traffic engineering and modeling.
Excellent communication and remote collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Develop transportation plans with traffic flow analysis, demand forecasting, and network optimization.
Design roads, highways, transit, and active transportation facilities.
Conduct feasibility studies and environmental impact assessments.
Utilize traffic simulation and modeling software to evaluate design alternatives.
Collaborate with government agencies, urban planners, and stakeholders to align with goals.
Prepare technical reports, presentations, and recommendations for project approval.
