The role requires a Civil Engineering degree with a transportation specialization, 5+ years of experience, and proficiency in traffic analysis software and CAD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a Transportation focus.
• Minimum of 5 years in traffic engineering and planning.
• Proficiency in traffic analysis software and CAD platforms.
• Strong knowledge of traffic control, capacity analysis, and multimodal design.
• Excellent remote communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Analyze traffic data, conduct traffic impact studies, and develop traffic management plans.
• Design road, intersection, and highway improvements, including geometric design and signal timing.
• Develop strategies for pedestrian, cyclist, and public transit accessibility.
• Utilise traffic simulation software (e.g., VISSIM, SIDRA) for analysis and design validation.
• Collaborate remotely with planning departments, city officials, and stakeholders to implement mobility solutions.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends in transportation engineering and smart mobility technologies.
