Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Civil Engineering with Transportation specialization.
• Pr Eng registration with ECSA is highly desirable.
• 6+ years in transportation planning and design.
• Experience in traffic analysis, modeling and impact assessment.
• Proficiency with traffic simulation software and CAD tools.
• Strong analytical, reporting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct traffic studies, data analysis and demand forecasting for transportation systems.
• Design transportation infrastructure including road layouts, intersection improvements, and public transport facilities.
• Develop traffic management plans and signal timing strategies.
• Prepare TIAs for development projects.
• Evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities for existing networks.
• Contribute to long-term transportation master plans and policies.
• Liaise with government agencies, municipalities and stakeholders.
• Utilize VISSIM, SIDRA and other modeling tools.
