Responsibilities

• Coordinate the daily operations of tour packages, ensuring logistics are in place.
• Manage bookings and reservations, communicating with clients and guides.
• Liaise with freelance tour guides, confirming schedules and information.
• Prepare pre-tour information packs and distribute to clients and guides.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely support via email and phone.
• Assist in resolving operational issues that arise during tours.
• Maintain records of bookings, payments, and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional activities and content.
• Ensure safety protocols and emergency procedures for all tours.
