Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an Adventure Tourism Coordinator to join its remote operations team. You will plan, develop, and manage adventure travel packages while collaborating with local guides, operators, and suppliers to create unique itineraries that showcase outdoor adventure and eco-tourism.

The role requires strong logistical planning, knowledge of adventure activities, and excellent communication skills to manage bookings, client inquiries, and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience in adventure tourism, tour operations, or event coordination.
• Strong knowledge of outdoor activities and adventure sports.
• Excellent logistical planning and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with booking systems and remote collaboration tools.
• Excellent communication and customer service, with managing client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Design and curate innovative adventure tourism itineraries and packages.
• Liaise with and manage relationships with tour guides, activity providers, and accommodation partners.
• Develop marketing materials and promotional content for adventure travel offerings.
• Manage bookings, logistics, and client inquiries for adventure tours.
• Ensure all activities adhere to safety standards and environmental best practices.
