Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service or helpdesk, preferably remote.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities
