Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or in a similar role within telecommunications.
• In-depth knowledge of voice and data network technologies, including VoIP, MPLS, and cellular networks.
• Experience with network performance monitoring tools and analysis techniques.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to manage projects and work effectively in a fully remote setting, demonstrating strong self-discipline and communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current telecommunications systems and identify areas for enhancement in performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend new telecommunications technologies and solutions.
• Develop technical specifications and project plans for system upgrades and implementations.
