The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in a quantitative field, 3–5 years of data analytics experience, strong SQL skills, and proficiency with Tableau or Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, CS, Economics)
• 3–5 years of data analytics experience, preferably in telecoms
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and data modeling techniques
• Excellent communication skills for a remote environment

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets related to telecom network performance and customer usage
• Develop, maintain, and optimize reports, dashboards, and KPIs
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to inform service improvements
• Collaborate with engineering and business teams to define data requirements
